Questions & answers

Can I engrave each piece differently?

Yes. Each piece has its own engraving fields, so you can choose a different text, font or photo for each one.

Do both pieces ship together?

Yes. Both pieces are engraved, packed together and shipped within 1 business day.

Will I see a preview before engraving?

Because every piece is personalized and made to order, we aren't able to offer previews. We follow your instructions carefully, and every engraving is checked by hand before it ships. If we spot an obvious typo, we'll email you before engraving.

What if something goes wrong?

If the engraving doesn't match your order or the item arrives damaged, we remake and reship it free within 1 business day, or give you a full refund. Just send us a few photos within 7 days of delivery. Spotted a typo yourself? Message us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll fix it before engraving begins.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes. Write your gift message in the note box in the cart and we print it and put it in the package. Your gift arrives in a colorful gift pouch with no price inside the package, so you can ship it straight to him.
