Will I see a preview before engraving?
Because every piece is personalized and made to order, we aren't able to offer previews. But no worries: we follow your instructions carefully, and every engraving is checked by hand before it ships, so the result is beautiful. If we spot an obvious typo, we'll email you before engraving.
What if something goes wrong?
If the engraving doesn't match your order or the item arrives damaged, we remake and reship it free within 1 business day, or give you a full refund. Just send us a few photos within 7 days of delivery. Spotted a typo yourself? Message us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll fix it before engraving begins.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Write your gift message in the note box in the cart. Your gift arrives in a colorful gift pouch with no price inside the package, so you can ship it straight to him.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
For delivery before Christmas to the USA, Canada, UK and Europe, order by Saturday, December 19. We engrave and ship within 1 business day by UPS or DHL Express, with all customs duties prepaid. Other countries take 4–8 business days.
