Return Policy

Every SFdizayn piece is engraved to order in our workshop in Istanbul. Because each item is made just for you, our return policy works a little differently from a regular store. Here is exactly what we cover.

Damaged, Defective or Our Mistake

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or the engraving doesn’t match what you entered in your order, we’ll remake and reship it free of charge within 1 business day, or give you a full refund if you prefer.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
• Include clear photos of the item and the packaging.
• In most cases you don’t need to send the item back.

Personalized Items

Personalized and engraved items can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, and we can’t accept returns for spelling, dates or text that were entered incorrectly at checkout. Please check your personalization carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us within 1 hour and we’ll fix it before engraving begins.

Non-Personalized Items

Items sold without personalization, such as our pre-engraved “Be Still & Pray” Bible bookmark, can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and gift box.
• Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you the return details.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. After that, your item is already in production and the order can’t be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more business days to appear on your statement.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your package hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll trace it with UPS or DHL right away.
